I have lived and worked on the land for the past 40 years. Raised kids, managed livestock, worked in accountancy and survived many droughts. I know about workplace stresses and how they can limit function in our minds and bodies. It is now my passion to help alleviate these stresses for those with physically demanding careers as well as those who ‘drive’ desks for a living.
I am professional in attitude and conduct. I am practical, ‘down to earth’ and speak excellent English. Your health and elite mindset are my highest priority. I have a special interest in helping those with PTSD after seeing police friends suffer from years of service. My superpower is relieving neck pain and I always work with a positive mindset.
